Exclusions
- Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour which is 13 Days, the total Tips amount is Euro 39 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges. Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour. Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary. In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

Terms & Conditions
- A person below 12 years of age on the date of the return flight will be considered a child ∙ Thirdperson in a Triple room will be provided a roll-away bed
- All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by an air conditioned coach
- It is suggested to carry one check-in bag of 23kg and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour
- The airfare is based on the existing fare structure (Presently calculated as prevailing on 25th Aug 2023). Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in government regulations, ticket taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. We willnot be held responsible for the same
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members
- A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour On reaching the Eiffel Tower, if there is a long queue the tour manager will take you to the Montparnasse Tower
- Land surcharges are applicable on certain departure dates which will be notified ∙ Certain sightseeing/excursions if closed then alternate sightseeing will be done ∙ Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours,
- there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it's closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same
- No refunds for unutilized services
- In case of inordinate delay and with strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on this day Please check with your Sales representative for final details.
- In case of any increase in taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified For any issues or redressal of any grievances, passengers/ end customers should approach their Travel agent only from where they have booked their tour
- All disputes/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the tour and services shallbe subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai only
- We reserve the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise, or other services. ∙ We reserve the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, etc.
- We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularity, that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger
- Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India /Government of India regulations Tour cost is payable in EURO out of your BTQ entitlement of the passengers ∙ All information given in this itinerary is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure /itinerary information before or after your booking of the tour due to any events beyond our control
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary ∙ If you are carrying any high-value items on the coach, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participants can lodge a complaint with the local authorities at his/her sole discretion, cost, risk, and consequences The above costing is based on the minimum operating strength (MOS) of 40 pax traveling together. In case we do not meet the required (MOS) we will operate the tour on a small group or FIT which may result in a change of cost. - 60 – 46 days - Non Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost
- 45 – 31 days - Non Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost
- 30 - 15 days - Non Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost
- 14 – 6 days - Non Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost
- 6 – 1 days - Full Cancellation
