• We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & We will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.

• Return Economy Airfare for International & Domestic Sector is based on applicable rates as on 1st June 2023. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes or any other reason charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers
• Baggage Allowance for Internal Sector is 15 Kgs for Checked-Baggage & 7 Kgs for Hand Baggage Passengers missing flights - In such cases the entire ticket/booking gets a no show and stands canceled, a new return ticket needs to be purchased by the passengers
• A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child Third person in a Triple room will be provided a roll away bed
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by an air conditioned coach
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members
• A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour
• Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates which will be notified Certain sightseeing/excursions if closed then alternate sightseeing will be done Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. • We reserve the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
• We reserve the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions, strike, etc.
• We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger
• Hotel rooms may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions
• Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority
