Payments Terms
- We want to announce a special payment facility opportunity for our private tour Turkey, which we have prepared in our private tour Turkey concept for our esteemed guests.
- It will be possible to make only %25 of the full price during the reservation instead of the full amount. The voucher will be sent you via email along with the confirmation.
- The remaining payment will be made until at least 5 weeks before the tour departure date.
- The payment requirements might be change according to the season or Hotel choice. If it is the high season or If the hotel you have chosen is a luxury hotel with fixed payment methods, you will be informed about the requirements and cancellation policy before the confirmation.
- PS. For the inquiries we receive 4 weeks before the departure date, the payment will be %100 outright cash on the line. In addition, for the inquiries we receive less than 4 weeks before the departure date, extra expenses from the hotels will be added on the invoices.
- Due to the quota we have at the hotels and for the transfer company, the inquiries we receive 1 week before the departure date will not be confirmed.

- Domestic flight price for adult travelers is approximately: 80,00 Euros for one way. For the last-minute arrangements, the price might differ. You will be informed during the ticket arrangements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before tour departure date you will receive %75 refund
- If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before tour departure date you will receive %50 refund.
- If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before tour departure date you will receive %25 refund.
